Licensing Terms

1. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Unless otherwise stated, all products are for "Personal Use."

  • You may use the file in unlimited personal projects (home decor, personal planners, gifts).

  • You may keep digital or physical copies for your own use.

2. COMMERCIAL USE RESTRICTIONS

Unless a "Commercial License" is specified:

  • You cannot sell digital files or physical prints derived from these files.

  • You cannot redistribute files on stock sites, marketplaces (Etsy, etc.), or your own website.

  • You cannot trademark designs created using our products.

3. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

  • Sharing: Public sharing in social media groups or cloud storage is strictly forbidden.

  • Modification for Resale: You cannot claim a "new design" by making minor edits and offer it for sale.

  • POD: Uploading products to Print-on-Demand services (Printful, Redbubble, etc.) for commercial sale is prohibited.

4. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

All digital content remains the property of Kraken Digital Prints. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership.

5. LICENSE TERMINATION

Violating these terms results in automatic termination of usage rights without notice.
