The products offered by Kraken Digital Prints consist of digital files delivered instantly in electronic environment. Due to the nature of our products, our return and cancellation policy is as follows:
1. RETURN POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Since the purchased content (PDF, ZIP, etc.) is in digital format and opened for instant access, it is outside the scope of the "right of withdrawal."
In accordance with consumer protection laws; returns are not accepted for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
The sale is considered final as soon as your order is confirmed and the download link is sent to you (or defined to your account).
2. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES AND EXCHANGE
Although returns are not accepted, we provide support for customer satisfaction in the following cases:
Faulty / Corrupt File: If the file is corrupt or different from the description, a flawless copy will be sent within 24-48 hours after notification.
Duplicate Purchase: If the same product is accidentally purchased twice, the second payment will be refunded if the download has not yet taken place.
3. CANCELLATION PROCESS
You can remove products from your cart or cancel the order at any time before payment. However, once the payment is completed, the system automatically opens access to the files, so cancellation cannot be performed.
