1. ACCESS TO FILES

Once your payment is successful, access is granted as follows:

• Purchases via Membership: Access files instantly under the "My Orders" tab.

• Guest Purchases: A download link is sent instantly to the email address provided during checkout.

2. DOWNLOAD LIMITS AND DURATION

• Unlimited Access for Members: Access products anytime via your account as long as they remain on the site.

• Limited Access for Guests: Download links for guests remain active for 3 (three) days and are limited to 5 (five) downloads.

• Device Compatibility: We recommend using a computer for the best printing and viewing results.

3. FILE FORMATS

Products are usually provided in high-resolution PDF and ZIP formats. Ensure you have software like Adobe Reader or WinRAR.

4. DELIVERY ISSUES

If you haven't received your email, check your Spam folder. If problems persist, contact info@krakendigitalprints.com with your order number.

5. PRINTING AND USAGE

Colors may vary slightly between screens and prints depending on calibration.

6. PRODUCT REMOVAL AND BACKUP

Kraken Digital reserves the right to remove products. It is the Buyer's responsibility to back up purchased files to personal storage. No refunds can be claimed for files not downloaded before a product is removed.
